Maren Boothby

Maren Boothby, MS, CCC-SLP found her SLP niche working with middle and high school students throughout the state of New Hampshire. As the company grew, she mentored new service providers as they joined Boothby Therapy Services. Knowing them on both a professional and personal level has been one of the most rewarding aspects of her job. In recent years, Maren has taken on a consultative role with school districts, helping them assess their needs and respond to changes in special education, including increasing classroom-based services and writing goals related to the Common Core. Maren enjoys cooking, entertaining, and travel with some of her favorite destinations being Nicaragua, Chile, South Africa, and anywhere she can dine on great local cuisine!

Christopher Boothby, MPA, NHA provides strategic guidance for the company’s growth, direction, and continued success. Christopher is passionate about ensuring that Boothby Therapy Services meets the diverse needs of all employees through our employment process, aptly named the Life Empowerment Program. Christopher is often the first member of the company to meet with new employees, as part of our Initial Discovery Meeting. His zeal for delivering on the company’s Mission of helping children succeed is evident in the positive energy and element of fun that he brings to any meeting or scenario! Christopher is an avid mariner who has piloted vessels across the Bahamas, the US eastern seaboard, and Canada.

Jennifer McGreevy’s role as Director of Company Partnerships allows her to be a direct liaison between Boothby Therapy Services and school districts. Jennifer works closely with special education directors and administrators to understand their specific needs in the area of related services. She understands that related services are not one-size-fits-all and works to secure solutions to suit specific scheduling and budgetary needs. Jennifer ensures that schools find a valuable and purposeful partnership when they contract with Boothby Therapy Services. Special education directors can have confidence that their calls and questions will always be answered quickly, professionally, and with the utmost care and respect. Personally, Jennifer is a mom of three and is an active supporter of their academic and extracurricular activities – often acting as “hockey mom,” “dance mom,” and team feed hostess!

John Rodrigues has an extensive background in business which makes him a key member of the Business Services Team. John is a world-class problem solver with a knack for data analysis! He continuously provides innovative ideas and strategic solutions company wide. John enjoys spending time with his wife, Holly and their three children (and grandchildren!) as well as vacationing in the warmer waters of Central America and the Caribbean!

As Director of Communications/Optimizer, Gabby Owens leads the company’s communication efforts both internally and externally while also ensuring systems and processes are optimized across departments. Gabby has a love for collecting vintage fashion and vinyl records, riding her motorcycle around New Hampshire, and spending time with her tiny dog, Lennie.

Tiffani Adams was born in Jersey and raised in New York City. She earned her undergraduate degree while working full-time and caring for two little ones. She now has more than 15 years of experience providing exceptional CFO/Controller and administrative support to businesses ranging from startups to large corporations in a variety of fields including healthcare, construction, e-commerce, and finance. Although Tiffani wanted to be a teacher when she grew up, she became the next best thing: an accountant! During her free time, she enjoys going on cruises and spending time with family.

Sara Arsenault’s role requires her to wear many hats. When someone calls the BTS office, Sara is often their first point of contact. Any inquiries related to documentation and invoicing are handled directly by Sara. She is also tasked with the careful creation of student caseload lists for analysis by our Related Services Managers as well as providing detailed reports and documentation to school partners as needed. Sara lives in New Hampshire’s Lakes Region and enjoys spending time with her husband, Chris and their children. Sara has a generosity and kindness that touches the lives around her in many ways.

Alex Bohanan serves the Business Services Team as the Digital & Social Media Marketing Specialist supporting the Marketing Team. Alex leads the creation of content for Boothby Therapy Services’ social media platforms as well as digital and print media for the company. With experience as a graphic designer, photographer, and illustrator, Alex utilizes creative mediums to effectively communicate the world-class services the company provides while keeping things fresh and fun. Alex spends their free time mastering wheel-thrown ceramics, cooking, and watching movies with their partner and cats.

Meaghan Cott has a diverse set of skills and experience in therapeutic, administrative, and operational efficiencies. She has a passion for helping others in her history of volunteer work in disease prevention, health education, and as a previous NH licensed massage therapist. Meaghan recently received her bachelor's degree in business administration to enhance her business interrelationships and implement comprehensive administrative support. She is thrilled with the opportunity to help children succeed at Boothby Therapy Services and is dedicated to refining her development and expertise for the greater cause. Personally, she enjoys being out on the lake with family, traveling, cooking, and making jewelry in her free time!

For more than sixteen years, Dan Courter has enjoyed the privilege of providing assistance to school districts, particularly in the realm of Medicaid compliance. Considering the importance of proper stewardship of Medicaid funds by school districts, Dan believes that helping school districts understand the parameters of the Medicaid program is paramount. Outside of work Dan treasures time with his wife and four children.

Diana Doyle was the very first Business Services Team member to join BTS in 2006 and she has played many roles within the company since then! As the company’s Human Resources Manager, Diana ensures that every employee’s HR needs are handled in a timely and individualized manner. No matter the task at hand, Diana handles it with a calmness and professionalism that is top-notch. Diana and her husband John have three adult children and one grandchild. She enjoys trips to coastal Maine in the summer and fall seasons. Diana has a wonderful sense of humor that keeps her friends, family, (and co-workers) laughing!

Jordan Friedman brings a unique blend of skills and experiences to her role at Boothby Therapy Services. With a background in theater costume design and environmental policy, Jordan excels in ensuring that school partners receive accurate and timely invoices and documentation. Her meticulous eye for detail extends to proofreading and reviewing both internal and external communications. Based in Vermont, Jordan enjoys reading, sewing, and exploring the great outdoors with her beloved dog, Bundy. Her diverse background and passion for precision make her an invaluable asset to our team.

Kathy Kennedy-Brill, MA, CCC-SLP was born and raised in New York City and received her undergraduate and graduate degrees in speech-language pathology from St. John’s University. Kathy completed doctoral coursework in Speech and Hearing Sciences at the City University of New York’s Graduate School and University Center. She has worked as an SLP, AAC consultant, and speech administrator in various public and private schools in NY and NH. Before relocating to NH, Kathy worked as a director and program administrator at the League Education and Treatment Center in Brooklyn, NY. She has presented regionally on the topics of autism, developmental disabilities, and collaborative partnerships. Kathy is driven to ensure that students have access to the services and support they need to become successful, independent, and productive adults. In her role as lead of the Maine Company Partnerships Team at Boothby Therapy, Kathy has worked to expand the company’s services throughout Maine. She enjoys working closely with special education directors and administrators to customize solutions that will meet each district’s unique needs. In her free time, Kathy enjoys traveling, cooking, reading, being outdoors, and spending time with family and friends. Kathy and her husband, Terence, are the proud parents of a son and a daughter in their early twenties.

Wendy Lybrand, MS, CCC-SLP, brings more than 20 years of experience in school-based speech-language pathology to her role as Company Partnerships Liaison at Boothby Therapy Services. Before relocating to the Northeast in 2017, Wendy worked in the Chapel Hill-Carrboro City School District in Chapel Hill, NC, where she served as both a speech-language pathologist and AAC Specialist, supporting a diverse caseload of students from preschool through post-secondary. She has also been a guest lecturer at UNC-Chapel Hill and a national presenter on speech and assistive technology (AT) topics, including presentations at ASHA. Wendy is an alumna of the ASHA Leadership Development Program and has served on the North Carolina Speech-Language-Hearing Association and the Massachusetts Speech-Language-Hearing Association boards. Since moving to New Hampshire in 2020, she joined the New Hampshire Speech-Language-Hearing Association Board in 2023. As Company Partnerships Liaison at Boothby Therapy Services, Wendy collaborates with school districts across New Hampshire and Maine, ensuring the successful placement of service providers to meet district needs. She works closely with district leaders to analyze data and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges. Wendy's expertise is enhanced by her experience as a co-founder of DoTheData.com, a platform dedicated to data visualization for real-time insights into student progress. This background allows her to bring a unique perspective to solving staffing challenges and supporting effective service delivery in schools.

Cathy Rutherford is a key player in the smooth operation of our day to day systems and processes. Cathy offers direct support to our Director of Related Services and Director of Company Partnerships, thus ensuring that both our service providers and school partners receive customized, high-quality service and support. Cathy plays a key role in drafting budgets and Utilization Review Reports as well as scheduling and coordinating company events. Cathy is a New Hampshire native and mom of three very active boys who keep her on her toes, day in and day out!

Heather Sydorwicz, MS, CCC-SLP, BCBA, a NH native from Dover, received her undergraduate and graduate Communication Disorders degrees from UNH. Heather has worked in many pediatric settings, including early intervention, outpatient pediatrics, private and public schools. She completed the BCBA coursework through Florida Institute of Technology and obtained her BCBA certification in 2010 while working as the Coordinator of Speech/Language Services at the Cleveland Clinic Center for Autism. Heather expanded her clinical and managerial skills when she transitioned to the Cleveland Clinic Children’s Therapy Services Department, where she oversaw a multidisciplinary team of over 40 service providers. She has presented locally and nationally on topics related to speech, behavior, autism and management. Although Heather’s first love is speech therapy, she enjoys blending her knowledge as an SLP and a BCBA to support students and teams. Heather and her family currently reside in the NH Lakes Region. Outside of work she enjoys spending time outdoors, fitness, reading, and cooking.

Meredith Bergeron, MS, CCC-SLP is a Massachusetts native who began working with Boothby Therapy Services in 2005 when she moved to the Lakes Region of NH. She earned her bachelor’s degree at University of Maine in Orono and her master’s degree at Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions in Boston. She has worked in many schools across NH as a speech-language pathologist and has found her niche with the middle/high school population. She is passionate about mentoring other service providers to achieve their clinical and personal goals. She particularly enjoys supporting service providers who are transitioning into schools from other settings. Meredith has extensive training in social cognitive therapy and loves collaborating with school teams to help students achieve their full communicative and academic potential. Meredith is a busy wife and mother of three young children. She and her family, now residents of the Upper Valley, spend lots of time outdoors enjoying the seasons.

Elizabeth “Beth” Burns, MS, CCC-SLP is a speech-language pathologist with over 25 years of experience working in schools. Beth holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill (UNC-CH). She began working for Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools in North Carolina as an SLP in 1996, and was the Lead for Speech and Hearing Services there for 22 years. Beth is constantly learning, and truly enjoys seeing both students and service providers learn and grow. Beth has been an active member of the American Speech-Language, Hearing Association (ASHA) and the North Carolina Speech, Hearing, Language Association (NCSHLA) for many years. She has been a guest lecturer at UNC-CH and has presented on a number of speech-language, supervision, and funding topics at NCSHLA, ASHA, and the National Alliance for Medicaid in Education (NAME) Conference. She recently served on the ASHA School Finance and Medicaid Committees. Past positions at NCSHLA include: President, Fall Conference Chair, SEAL Representative, and Secretary. Additionally, Beth has served on several community Boards of Directors. In her free time, Beth enjoys exercising, reading, working in her yard, and traveling. She and her husband, Keith, are proud parents to a son and a daughter in their early twenties.

Kelly Johnston, MS, CCC-SLP is a Massachusetts native who received dual bachelor degrees in Communication Sciences & Disorders and Communications from UNH and a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Worcester State University. She joins Boothby Therapy Services with 19 years of school-based experience in the Derry Cooperative School District in New Hampshire, having worked with all ages of students. Kelly has a special passion for the preschool population and extensive experience working with preschool children on the autism spectrum and also the child-find and transition process to school-based services from Early Intervention. She created and piloted an Everyday Living curriculum for middle school children on the autism spectrum and has presented on social language and autism. Kelly has enjoyed mentoring, advocating for, and supporting other service providers throughout her career. Her ability to connect and build rapport with children, families, and co-workers always leaves a positive impression! Kelly resides in Windham, NH and enjoys spending time with her husband, Scott and their two boys. She is a former Disney Cast Member and her entire family share a special love for Disney travel. Her philanthropic interests include the Derry Boys & Girls Club and the Viviana Leon Memorial Foundation.

Shannon S. Anthony, MS, CCC-SLP is a native of NH and has lived in Southern NH all of her life. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Providence College and her Master’s degree at Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions. Shannon has worked in a variety of settings, including hospitals, rehabilitation centers, nursing homes, and schools. Shannon is passionate about working with students on the autism spectrum. She has developed a high school-level curriculum for educating students in the area of social language skills. Shannon lives on Beaver Lake in Derry with her husband, Steven. She is the proud mother of two college students, Bridget and Brendan. Shannon enjoys SCUBA diving, boating, traveling, and spending time with family.

Amy Bereiter, MS, CCC-SLP, ATP, BCS-CL received her Bachelor of Health Sciences degree from the University of Kentucky and her Master of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Redlands. She has been a speech-language pathologist since 2004, working with toddlers through young adults. Amy has worked in a variety of settings including private practice, in-home Early Intervention, public schools, pediatric rehabilitation, and University clinics. Amy was Assistant Director of speech-language services at a private practice and Clinical Director of a University training program prior to joining Boothby Therapy Services. She has held Clinical Professor positions at two different Universities and is passionate about clinical education, supervision, and mentorship. She has taught graduate level courses on clinical practicum and AAC. Amy is an active member of several ASHA special interest groups and serves on several professional advisory committees. Clinically, Amy specializes in language development of AAC communicators and working with individuals who exhibit complex communication needs. She is a RESNA Certified Assistive Technology Professional, Board Certified Specialist in Child Language, and a LAMP Certified Professional. She has lectured and conducted clinical education seminars regionally and internationally on language development and AAC. In her free time, she enjoys travel, being outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.

Beth has worked as a speech-language pathologist for 30 years in a variety of settings but primarily in schools. Before joining BTS, she was a traveling SLP for seven years which was a good match for her wanderlust! Beth has lived and worked in Maine, California, Iowa, Nebraska, New Mexico, and Ireland! She holds a special place in her heart for students with ASD and Life-Skills students because of how hard they work to succeed. Personally, Beth LOVES to travel and is an enormous animal lover. She has two cats named Spencer and Gracie who have become travelers by default!

MaryLynn Hayes MS, CCC-SLP grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and her master's degree from the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California. MaryLynn relocated to Portsmouth, New Hampshire in July 2018 and began working with Boothby Therapy Services as a speech-language pathologist. MaryLynn has spent her entire career as a school-based SLP. She has a passion for working with the preschool population and students on the autism spectrum. MaryLynn joined the management team in 2024. MaryLynn lives in Portsmouth, NH, with her husband, Dan, and their dog, Tyson. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with Tyson, competitive cribbage games with Dan, and traveling to visit friends and family.

Dylan Magrane, MEd, NCSP Dylan Magrane is a dedicated school psychologist at Boothby Therapy Services, where she has been making a difference since 2021. She earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Plymouth State University and has been passionate about supporting students since 2019. Dylan specializes in trauma-informed practices, focusing primarily on preschool and elementary populations. Originally from New Jersey, Dylan has settled in Vermont with her husband, their two children, two dogs, and eleven chickens. When she's not working, she enjoys exploring the outdoors with her family and cherishes cozy moments on the couch with them (minus the chickens!).

Danielle Moore, MS, CCC-SLP is a speech-language pathologist with over 20 years of school-based experience. Following earning her master’s degree from Massachusetts General Hospital’s Institute of Health Professions in 1996, Danielle began her career working in elementary schools in Massachusetts. She relocated to New Hampshire several years later and has been serving school-aged children ever since! Although Danielle enjoys working with students of all ages, she is most passionate about the preschool and early elementary populations. Danielle joined BTS as a Related Services Manager in 2018. Making a difference in the lives of children and the SLPs who support them makes her job with BTS incredibly rewarding. In her personal life, Danielle is a devoted wife and mother who does her best to keep up with her two very active children!

Kristen Perrotti, MS, CCC-SLP is a New York native and graduate of Northeastern University and Long Island University. She has a passion for working with children and their families which has extended throughout her career. For the last 11 years, she has provided quality services to early intervention and school aged populations. She began her career in private practice helping children with intense special needs. She has extensive clinical experience working with children with apraxia and autism spectrum disorders. Upon moving to New Hampshire in 2013, Kristen worked in schools across the northern part of the state and Vermont. Colleagues have commended her ability to establish rapport and work with staff members, families, and children in a manner that is caring and professional. In her role as a Related Services Manager, Kristen is dedicated to mentoring others as they journey on their own paths in the field. In her free time, she loves to bake, listen to music, and go for walks in the woods with her family.

Denise Powell, MSP, CCC-SLP – a native of South Carolina, received her undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of South Carolina. Denise has worked in a variety of pediatric settings, including early intervention, outpatient pediatrics, and private and public schools (in-person and virtual). Denise enjoys mentoring and working with therapists new to schools and/or the profession of speech-language pathology. The most rewarding part of her job is seeing the impact quality therapy can make in the lives of students. Denise loves exercising, reading, traveling, and spending time outdoors with her family.

Alisha Semprebon, MS, OTR/L began working with Boothby Therapy services as an occupational therapist in December 2010 and later joined our management team to share her love and knowledge of occupational therapy on a larger scale. Alisha graduated with her master’s degree from the University of New Hampshire in 2010. During her time as an occupational therapist, she worked with students from preschool to high school. Her passion is working with students in life skills classrooms and supporting their independence and skill development though middle school, high school, and beyond. Alisha’s bubbly personality and positive outlook are a welcome addition to any work environment. Wherever Alisha goes, sunshine is sure to follow! Personally, Alisha enjoys spending time at Newfound Lake with her friends and family and cherishes the time she has with her husband, Alex, their daughter, Cleo, and their two energetic Corgis!

Nicole Torres, MOT, OTR/L knew that she wanted to work with children from an early age. After earning a bachelor’s in Health Sciences and a master’s in Occupational Therapy from Duquesne University, Nicole moved from Cleveland, OH to the South Bay area of California in order to obtain her Sensory Integration and Praxis Test Certification through a collaboration between Pediatric Therapy Network and the University of Southern California. During her five years in California, she worked in the clinic and school-based settings, ran social skills groups, co-coordinated a preschool program and summer camp, and supervised new therapists and fieldwork students. After her son was born in 2009, she moved back to Ohio to be closer to family and continued working in pediatric outpatient hospitals, clinics, and schools. In 2016, after a ski trip to Stowe, VT, her husband learned of a job opportunity in the Upper Valley and she’s been with Boothby Therapy Services since August of that year. The most rewarding part of her job is sharing in the pride and joy of students, teachers, and parents when a child acquires a new skill or level of independence. As a manager, Nicole’s focus on relationship building, calm personality, and organizational skills help to foster growth, problem solving, and confidence in each therapist she supports. It is such a gift to share in their journeys! Nicole loves exercising, cooking, and baking, as well as skiing, hiking, and biking with her husband and son.

Keylonda Wheeler, MS, CCC-SLP has always had a passion for helping others which inspired her to earn bachelor’s and master’s degrees at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in speech pathology. She has practiced in public, private, and virtual schools for over eight years. Keylonda is most passionate about teletherapy as it provides the ability to overcome many common barriers to services through the wonders of technology. Prior to joining Boothby Therapy Services, she gained a wealth of experience in teletherapy by providing direct services and coaching SLPs across the nation with students in multiple states including Louisiana, Indiana, Nevada, Oregon, and Maine. In her spare time, Keylonda can be found creating spicy, savory Cajun and Creole cuisine while singing and dancing in the kitchen with her husband and their two children.
