Our business services team is comprised of talented, detail-oriented individuals who work diligently to ensure our providers have all of the tools they need to be successful, while also making sure that our school partners have the documentation and reporting to meet the needs of their district.
As a school contracting with BTS, our business services team will work with you from day one on to ensure you have all of the documentation you need, from contracting to invoicing and budgetary documents, the Boothby Therapy business services team has got you covered!
As a provider employed by BTS, the business services team is available to assist you with documentation questions, technology-related questions and everything in between. Know that when you work for Boothby Therapy Services, you gain many levels of support behind you to assist you every step of the way.
Maren Boothby, Founder, President
Maren Boothby, MS, CCC-SLP found her SLP niche working with middle and high school students throughout the state of New Hampshire. As the company grew, she mentored new service providers as they joined Boothby Therapy. Knowing them on both a professional and personal level has been one of the most rewarding aspects of her job. In recent years, Maren has taken on a consultative role with many school districts, helping them assess their needs and respond to changes in special education, including increasing classroom-based services and writing goals related to the Common Core.
Personally, Maren enjoys cooking, entertaining and travel with just some of her favorite destinations being Nicaragua, Chile, South Africa and anywhere she can dine on great local cuisine at a bargain price!
Christopher Boothby, Founder, Chief Financial Officer
Christopher Boothby, MPA, NHA provides strategic guidance for the company’s growth and development. Christopher is passionate about advocating for service providers through his volunteer work with the NH Speech Language Hearing Association as well as advocating for NH’s cultural enrichment as Board Chair of the Winnipesaukee Playhouse.
Personally, Christopher is an avid fisherman whose goal is to someday catch a larger King Salmon than Maren!
John Rodrigues, Chief Operations Officer
John Rodrigues joined Boothby Therapy Services in July 2017 and his extensive background in business has quickly made him a valued member of the team. John works closely with both the clinical and business services teams to ensure that all aspects of the company are running efficiently and cohesively. John is a world-class problem solver, who continuously provides innovative ideas and solutions company wide.
Personally, John enjoys spending time with his wife Holly and their three children (and grandchildren!) as well as vacationing in the warmer waters of Central America and the Caribbean!
Diana Doyle, Office Manager/Human Resources
Diana Doyle’s service to service providers and schools started when she joined the company in 2006. Diana’s responsibilities include Federal/State regulatory compliance, supporting service providers through a vast array of human resources needs, as well as school services support and working directly with school districts to insure that they have the documentation they need for Medicaid reimbursement and invoice processing.
Personally, Diana and her husband John, enjoy spending time with their three adult children! They also enjoy their yearly trips to the coast of Maine. Diana values family and friends and shares her wonderful personality with her own brood as well as everyone at Boothby Therapy Services.
Jennifer McGreevy, Director of Company Partnerships
Jennifer McGreevy has the enviable position of being a trusted resource for both service providers and our school partners. Jennifer excels at matching experienced service providers with the needs of schools, creating a successful match between the two. Having the ability to understand both the specific need defined by a unique caseload and the specific skills each service provider possesses allows Jennifer to make a great fit for both school and service provider.
Personally, Jennifer is the modern day “super mom” capable of working full time, supporting three children’s extremely busy sports and cultural arts schedules, while still finding time for travel with her husband David.
Kelly Dionne, Accountant
Kelly Dionne’s contributions to service providers and schools sometimes might be difficult to see. While she doesn’t provide direct services to any child she still “sees” each and every service through her role as primary interface between service providers documentation of each service provided and the school administrator’s need to justify service costs. While it’s not an easy job, Kelly’s attention to detail and ability to track data allows her to be a successful resource for service providers and schools.
Personally, Kelly has two daughters who continue to set new levels for academic achievement and a wonderfully supportive husband Roger (Someone has got to do the cooking and cleaning in the Dionne household!).
Gabby Owens, Director of Marketing & Recruitment
As Director of Marketing & Recruitment, Gabby Owens leads the company’s marketing team in both employee recruitment and marketing to school clients. Gabby works to find creative and innovative ways to build the BTS brand while staying true to the company’s mission and vision of being the best provider of related services in New Hampshire. Gabby strives to put a unique spin on all content across all BTS platforms, ensuring it has been properly “Gabbified”!
Outside of work, Gabby has a love for collecting vintage fashion and vinyl records, travelling, and spending time with her tiny Chihuahua, Matilda.
Sara Arsenault, Executive Assistant to the COO
Sara Arsenault, has earned herself the unofficial title of “Documentation Rock Star” around the office. Her keen attention to detail and lightning-fast efficiency are like no other! Sara not only processes invoicing and assists service providers with their documentation, but also directly supports the COO on company wide projects—all in a kind and professional manner.
Outside of work, Sara enjoys spending time with her husband Chris while conquering the role of step-mom of four—from coordinating dance lessons to basketball practice Sara balances it all!
Daniel Courter, General Counsel
For over sixteen years, Dan has enjoyed the privilege of providing assistance to school districts, particularly in the realm of Medicaid compliance. Considering the importance of proper stewardship of Medicaid funds by school districts, Dan believes that helping school districts understand the parameters of the Medicaid program is paramount.
Outside of work, Dan treasures time with his wife and four children.
