Ours is among the most human of professions.
After years working for large, impersonal national rehabilitation companies, Maren and Christopher Boothby had had enough. They decided to focus their professional efforts on the real needs of school age children by forming a small company that had the flexibility, patience, focus and expertise to meet any therapeutic need.
At BTS, those same values are in place today. We make a difference by keeping the focus on the real needs of students, and the real capabilities of schools; we improve outcomes by carefully assessing needs and finding the right people with the skills to meet them.
The company has grown to become a team of over 90 outstanding occupational therapists, speech therapists, teachers of the visually impaired, school psychologists, clinical support professionals, and an experienced business services team. Even as the company grows, we make sure that we never lose our emphasis on what schools and providers need to be successful.
As a school contracting with BTS, you will work with a dedicated team of highly qualified providers within a framework of professional support. BTS providers simply become your providers, active and professional members of your special education team that fit in so seamlessly with your staff that others may never know that they come from BTS.
As a provider employed by BTS, you will know who makes the decisions that affect your career and we’ll know you, your spouse, kids and occasionally even your pet! It’s a nice blend between being small enough to know you and large enough to be able to offer you the work, pay, and benefits you need.
Do you need a flexible position, additional training, or clinical support that allows you to focus on your passion—serving children with special needs? Contact BTS today and let us demonstrate how we can help.
