Recognizing that our company is headquartered in a state with limited ethnic diversity and that we work in professions that are predominantly female, we have committed to bringing more employees from underrepresented populations into our organization.
In 2000, we began as a company of two. We have grown to a company of more than 150 and we look forward to welcoming YOU into our community of providers. Focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion strengthens our team and allows us to learn about diverse cultures, people, experiences and perspectives. It enriches our lives and improves our ability to work with the diverse students and staff in our schools.
As we look ahead, our Vision is that by 2025, Boothby Therapy Services will employ a more diverse workforce. We will increase our ability to respond to the cultural and linguistic diversity in our schools. Our providers will enter conversations with families from different backgrounds with greater cultural awareness. Our employees will collaborate effectively with educators from diverse backgrounds. They will be informed team members as our schools respond to the increasing diversity of our student population.
