Dear School Partner,
Boothby Therapy Services employs a talented group of committed professionals. As we have begun to learn more about diversity, equity, and inclusion, we have realized diversity goes much deeper than factors like race and gender. We recognize and treasure the diversity that exists on our team as a result of our backgrounds, influences, and lived experiences. Recognizing that our company is headquartered in a state with limited ethnic diversity and that we work in professions that are predominantly female, we have committed to bringing more diverse employees into our organization.
In 2000, we began as a company of two. We have grown to a company of more than 150, and our service to you is stronger because of the diversity that exists on our team already. Focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion strengthens our team and allows us to learn about diverse cultures, people, experiences and perspectives, and ultimately improves our ability to work with the diverse students and staff in your schools.
Our Vision is that by 2025, Boothby Therapy Services will employ a more diverse workforce. Our team of professionals will be equipped to respond to the cultural and linguistic diversity in our schools. We want you, our school partners, to have the opportunity to collaborate with bilingual professionals as well as providers who have completed training on topics related to diversity, equity, and inclusion. We are committed to ensuring our company culture is welcoming to all. Our providers will enter conversations with families from different backgrounds with greater cultural awareness. Our employees will collaborate effectively with educators from diverse backgrounds in your schools. They will be informed team members as our schools respond to the increasing diversity of our student population.
We value and appreciate your collaboration as we learn. Please reach out to your primary contact at BTS or email us at email@example.com. Tell us what you need. Share what your school is doing to better meet the needs of students from diverse backgrounds. We appreciate your feedback so we can improve our services to you and the students we serve.
