The answers to these inquiries can be found in a careful, comprehensive assessment of service called the Data Driven Needs Analysis. With this tool, BTS can identify challenges, quantify the opportunity for improvement, and provide implementable recommendations for achieving results. We examine staffing needs, personnel efficiency and, with data in hand, determine how to maximize therapeutic services in the day-to-day education setting.
We next analyze the ratio between group and individual services, then determine eligibility, and, finally, examine the eligibility process. BTS provides a final assessment and executive summary that provides a clear vision to any school superintendent or school board.
