Boothby Benefits
"I just wanted to take a moment and send you an email after reading the wage and benefits booklet. You know I am in love with my job and Boothby already. The chance to work for this company has always provided me with great professional opportunities and personal balance/growth. The new wage and benefits will only make this better. Thank you for doing these things and everything you have always done. Here's to many more years being a member of this great team."

Positive Energy
"Priscilla, thank you for your ever constant positive energy. Your patience, and your willingness to go the extra mile to foster Madelyn’s (and all your students’) confidence, level of success and sense of self worth. You are an invaluable part of our team and I appreciate you!"

People Skills
"Jess is extremely dedicated to helping her students be successful and is willing to try many different means to achieve this. She brings to the students she works with strong experience in her field, but also a vast knowledge of “just plain people skills” that help students feel motivated to want to succeed."
Bobbie Nelson,
Blue Mountain Union School
Connects With Kids
"I just have to take a moment to tell you how much we are enjoying working with Laura. She is competent, professional, kind, creative, flexible, both gentle and strong, perceptive, committed and connects with kids in such special ways. Students are happy to meet with her...even during lunchtime...her communication skills are exceptional."
Barbara Howell
Excellent Communication and Time Management Skills
"Elizabeth has become an important and effective member of our team over the last seven months. She demonstrates excellent communication and time management skills. All administrative work including evaluation reports, progress reports, and individual education programs (IEPs) have been completed to meet specified deadlines. All documents have been written with professionalism, and describe the nature and impact of each student’s communication impairment, especially with regard to how the student’s difficulty may impact their performance in the classroom."
Catherine Weber M.Sc. SLT, CCC-SLP,
Winchester School
Consulting: Focus on Data
"Maren Boothby emailed me today and asked that I reach out to you on the Data DNA. We have gone through this process twice in the Merrimack District and I have found both the process and the final report very helpful. The focus on data and the self-reflective questionnaire/ conversation has led to some focused goal setting for our special education and school teams. For me it has given backup and justification for services in my special ed budget as well as (and most important) a feeling/data to support that I have needed staff to meet students’ needs. I have also included my Assistant Superintendent and Superintendent in the process and they have been very supportive."
John Fabrizio, Director of Special Services,
Merrimack School District

Wonderful Employers
"I wanted to take a moment and write to you to express my gratitude for being such wonderful employers to [us]... Not only were you generous and accommodating in a variety of ways, you valued us as people and professionals. You always praised us for our good work and were supportive of our life decisions even when it ultimately meant us leaving NH and Boothby Therapy Services. I am sad to have left NH and your company. I am grateful for the experience and the opportunity to have worked with you... Thank you so much again for everything!"

Providing Clarity and Support
"I wanted to take a brief moment to share my thoughts about Emily B. during her short tenure at Merrimack Valley High School. I had the privilege of working with her and seeing her in action. I particularly enjoyed watching a group therapy session with a student using a Dyno Vox and head switch, a blind autistic student and a non verbal student using picture symbols, all using the same content but differentiated to each. It was really something... During the first few days of school, she tackled the daunting task of scheduling between two schools, with grace and humor. During a particularly difficult parent meeting, she was knowledgeable, offered great professional insight, clarity and support. Speaking for the students and paraeducators in the MV FACT program, we are sad to see Emily go but wish her all the best in the future!"

A Sense of Preparedness
“There is a sense of preparedness in [BTS's] dealings with school districts. The school districts feel that Boothby Therapy Services is ready and willing to work with them and to get to know the needs of the schools.”
